The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Director for Elementary and Secondary Education Rafiq Khattak has admitted the schools were facing short of about 18000 teaching staff and assured solution to this chronic issue by recruitment of about 13000 teaching staff before start of upcoming session while rest in next phase.
