LAHORE Despite 14 different reminders from Schools Education Department, Punjab, none of district coordination officers (DCOs) from across the province, except two, could start provision of missing facilities to public schools of their respective districts in almost two months time.
The funds amounting to Rs 1.8 billion for this purpose were transferred to the district governments under the Annual Development Plan (ADP) 2013-14 on August 28. The funds are meant to be utilized for
