LAHORE The Lahore High Court Chief Justice on Monday barred Shaikh Zayed Medical & Dental College from collecting unapproved annual fee of Rs.475,000 from the students and directed it to receive Rs.365,000 from each student in line with decision made by the Board of Governors in 2009.
Chief Justice Umar Ata Bandial passed the order while disposing of a petition moved by General Secretary Pakistan Medical Association (PMA), Lahore, Dr Tanvir through Advocate Noshab A. Khan.
