ISLAMABAD, October 29th 2013: The smart card project of the National Database and Registration Authority (Nadra) has been stuck in litigation again.
A division bench of the Islamabad High Court (IHC) on Monday restrained the registration authority from awarding the contract for their production after a bidder filed an intra court appeal against the dismissal of a petition alleging irregularities in the process.
