LAHORE, The Punjab Ombudsperson has directed Punjab University Vice-Chancellor Prof Dr Mujahid Kamran to appear in person on Monday for hearing in sexual harassment complaint lodged against him.
The ombudsperson in a letter sent to the VC on Oct 11 said that ex-parte proceedings would be initiated against him if he failed to appear. The ombudsperson had earlier directed the VC to appear in person on Oct 11 but he did not.
