LAHORE, Oct 28th 2013: Several areas of the Punjab capital faced unannounced electricity loadshedding as the shortfall increased to 3,100 megawatts on Sunday.
A number of residents of Iqbal Town, Faisal Town, Johar Town, Dharampura, Garhi Shahu, Wasanpura, Shahdra, Gowalmandi and Nishtar Colony told Dawn they faced eight to nine hours of outages throughout the weekly holiday in spite of decrease in temperature.—Staff
