Karachi The Supreme Court accepted a request of the Sindh government on Monday to hear its petition against the Sindh Service Tribunal’s order for the payment of salaries to 103 schoolteachers confirmed in 2011.
Additional Advocate General Adnan Karim told the apex court that the impugned order was illegal as it was passed without considering the facts about the appointment of the teachers. He said the teachers were unlawfully confirmed by the education district officer in 2011 as there
