LAHORE, Lahore High Court Chief Justice Umar Ata Bandial ordered on Monday the Sheikh Zayed Medical and Dental College to charge an annual fee from students as per a decision of then board of governors in 2009 (Rs365,000) instead of an unapproved (Rs475,000) annual fee.
The chief justice passed this order while disposing of a petition moved by Pakistan Medical Association (PMA) Secretary-General Dr Tanvir.
