ISLAMABAD: Teachers working under the Federal Directorate of Education (FDE) have announced to observe the Teachers Day as a black day tomorrow in protest against non-upgradation of their scales and non-availability of other facilities.
The office-bearers of the Central Academic Staff Association (CASA), Federal Government College Teachers Association (FGCTA) and Headmasters Association of FG Schools (HAFGS), have decided unanimously to mark the Teachers Day as the black day.
