TIMERGARA, Teachers of the state-run schools in Lower Dir on Monday rejected the proposed ad hoc appointment of teachers and demanded of the government to promote them to fill the vacant posts in the educational institutions across the province.

They were speaking at a meeting of the secondary school teachers’ association, Lower Dir, presided over by its chairman Abdul Khaliq.
