BAHAWALNAGAR, Oct 28th 2013: The Education department has set up two ‘tent schools’ for the children of nomads and slum dwellers in Haroonabad to make successful the school enrollment programme of the Punjab government.
Executive District Officer (Education) Chaudhry Sardar Ahmad said they successfully convinced parents of nomads and slum dwellers children about the importance of education. He said most of parents agreed to send their children to schools for getting education.
