FAISALABAD, The University of Agriculture Senate has approved Rs3.23 billion budget for the financial year 2013-14 with a deficit of Rs730 million.
The 38th Senate meeting was chaired by Punjab Agriculture Minister Farrukh Javaid in which university treasurer Umer Saeed presented the budget.
The treasurer told the participants that non-development budget would stand at Rs2.79 billion whereas development budget was Rs440.528 million. The house approved the estimates.
