KARACHI (NNI): The modalities to appoint the Vice Chancellors for the Universities of Sindh in transparent manner and to improve the environment and standard of education were discussed in a high level meeting held on Friday here at CM House under the chairmanship of Chief Minister Sindh Syed Qaim Ali Shah.
After threadbare discussion, it was decided that appointment of the Vice Chancellors would be made purely on merit for which government to float advertisement in newspapers to invite
