ISLAMABAD Accountant General of Pakistan Revenue (AGPR) has withheld the salaries of 258 female teachers of model colleges, who were promoted recently, for some confusion over their rank.
According to the objection of the AGPR, junior lady teachers (JLT) of BPS-16 were supposed to be upgraded as senior lady teachers (SLT) in BPS-17 but they were promoted as senior school teachers (SST).
