KARAK: The education fraternity have demanded the provincial education minister to fill up the vacant posts of Chairman and Secretary of Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (BISE) Kohat without any further delay.
Prof (R) Isman Jan Khattak, Azmat Khan and others told a press conference that the two responsible positions in the BISE, Kohat, had been lying vacant since long.
