CIA has claimed to have arrested three kidnappers of a four-year old child, Ibad Ali, only brother of four sisters and also recovered from them the jewellery they received as ransom for release of the child.
One of the accused is a close relative of the abductee. Ibad Ali was playing in front of his home on Ibrahim Road in the Lower Mall area on November 2 when he was kidnapped.
The kidnappers phoned Muhamamd Naeem, father of Ibad Ali and demanded Rs 1.5 million ransom and
