The Sindh High Court issued notices to the advocate general of Sindh, the vice chancellor of the Dow University of Health Sciences and others on Monday on a petition seeking the removal of the vice chancellor.
Dr Sher Shah submitted that the Dow varsity vice chancellor (VC) had ceased to be vice chancellor by virtue of the Sindh Universities Law (Amendment) Act that said no VC could serve for more than two terms.
