Karachi The Sindh High Court (SHC) on Friday sought comments from the Election Commission of Pakistan on a petition calling for the disqualification of PPP MNA Shazia Jannat Marri for using the graduation degree of another woman to contest parliamentary elections since 2002.
Chandio, a voter of Sanghar’s constituency of NA-235 from where Marri was elected a member of the National Assembly in an August by-poll, accused her of using the graduation degree of Shazia, a resident of Agra Taj
