D.I.KHAN (APP): Vice Chancellor Gomal University Prof Dr Mansoor Akbar Kundi has said that despite facing financial issues, the university did well in terms of providing quality education and research which is also reflected in improved ranking of Gomal University by Higher Education Commission.
Due to lack of funds, the staff could not get their salaries in time that added to their woes, he said while addressing an oath taking ceremony of union of class III staff of Gomal University here on
