Lahore Justice Muhammad Farrukh Irfan Khan of the Lahore High Court on Tuesday issued notice to the provincial ombudsperson, Mira Phailbus, on a contempt of court petition moved by Punjab University vice-chancellor Prof Dr Mujahid Kamran challenging her decision in a harassment case.
The judge issued directions to an assistant advocate general, Punjab, to ensure submission of reply till November 28.
