Preparations for the fourth International Literary and Cultural Conference by the Lahore Arts Council are in full swing these days. The venue for the three-day (Nov 23-25) event will be Alhamra Art Center, The Mall.
The venue is being spruced up and a lot of activities like booking of air tickets for foreign delegates are going on. The entire Mall Road will be beautified with colourful streamers ahead of the conference.
