LAHORE PUNJAB University (PU) Vice-Chancellor Dr Mujahid Kamran has called upon the authorities concerned to widely spread the ideology of great philosopher and poet of the East Allama Muhammad Iqbal at the school, college and university level, saying Pakistan came into being because of his thoughts and dream.
