Rawalpindi Federal Minister of State for Education, Training and Standards in Higher Education, Engineer Muhammad Baligh-ur-Rehman has issued directives for development of a National Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) Policy to improve the state of skill development system in Pakistan.
