LAHORE TWO Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) were signed between the Punjab government and an international group of Germany, ALBA, on generating energy from solid waste on Monday.
Under the agreements, the German company would invest in the projects of generating energy from trash and hospital waste. Managing Director Lahore Solid Waste Management Company, Waseem Ajmal on behalf of Punjab government while ALBA CEO Martin Becker Rethmann signed on behalf of the German company.
