LAHORE UNIVERSITY of Veterinary and Animal Sciences (UVAS) observed World Spay Day to create awareness about controlling the increasing population of dogs on Tuesday.
The Vets Care Club of UVAS organised a walk, a seminar and signature drive to create awareness about controlling the population of dogs through spaying (neutering), not killing them. UVAS Vice-Chancellor Prof Dr Talat Naseer Pasha led the walk in which deans of faculties Prof Dr Muhammad Sarwar Khan, Prof Dr Muhammad Ashraf and Prof Dr Nasim Ahmad, Vets Care Club patron Dr Aneela Durrani, faculty members and students participated.
