IN order to manage the energy crisis, the government has announced the distribution of energy savers — two for each electricity consumer — through a coupon printed in monthly bill.
A few days back I received a bill by the Larkana subdivision of the Sukkur Electric Power Company (Sepco). To my utter surprise, the coupon for collecting two energy savers was struck out by the Sepco officials concerned.
