Five-day Iranian film festival collaboration with the National College of Arts (NCA)

LAHORE: A five-day cultural exhibition and film festival by Iranian Cultural Centre in collaboration with the National College of Arts (NCA) opened at the college on Monday.


The exhibition features photographs of the post-Islamic Revolution era, traditional utensils, books, decoration pieces, calligraphy and miniature works.


The exhibition was inaugurated by Iranian Consul General Bani Asadi and National College of Arts Principal Murtaza Jafri.


Before the exhibition, in a session at Shakir Ali Auditorium of NCA, Mr Asadi said culture and art could play an effective role in tackling the extremism.
