RAWALPINDI: In a bid to provide foolproof security to participating teams and spectators of T-20 tournament, the local administration has closed the Double Road that passes through the Rawalpindi Cricket Stadium.
The tournament, organised by Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB), is being played at Rawalpindi Stadium Shamsabad and will continue till February 16. The administration has also closed down the food street, which was situated adjacent to the stadium.
