Modern tech being employed to facilitate customers: National Bank of Pakistan NBP

PESHAWAR: National Bank of Pakistan is adopting modern technique and tools to facilitate customers besides providing all sorts of assistance to the old and poor pensioners as one of its top priorities. These views were expressed by executive vice- president and head of Human Resource (HR) of the NBP, Head Office, Zaheer Baig, while speaking at a one-day seminar on the importance of customer service V12-a-V12 strategic management in backing industry.
