FAISALABAD: The Pakistan Medical and Dental Council has finally recognised the dental section of the Punjab Medical College (PMC) six years after its inception.
Students had been trying their level best to get the section accredited as a number of their seniors had passed out of the college but could not serve anywhere.
They had also staged protest demonstrations and raised their voice by holding press conferences over the issue.
