DURING postgraduate residency, it is mandatory to read research-based journals. These journals are available only in a few institutes. These institutes have no policy to share them with other institutes. Subscription of journals in an individual capacity is expensive.
These journals should be accessible to every student of all institutes having postgraduate programmes. It is imperative for students to read articles to keep themselves updated. I request the authorities concerned to look into the matter.
