FAISALABAD: The Faisalabad Electric Supply Company (Fesco) has approached the Ministry of Water and Power for recruitment of more than 1,000 employees by relaxing the ban on employment, Dawn has learnt.
The company officials, on Sept 10, had taken up the issue with the chairman of the National Electric Power Regulatory Authority (Nepra).
The latter had agreed with recruitment of the staff, however, even after a passage of five months nothing had been done in this regard.
