‘Languages can promote harmony’ literature covering Urdu, Punjabi, Pashto, Balochi, Sindhi and other regional languages

LAHORE INTERNATIONALLY acclaimed linguist, philosopher, Naat narrator, poet of Urdu and Punjabi languages Dr Satya Pal Anand has said that a subject of comparative literature covering Urdu, Punjabi, Pashto, Balochi, Sindhi and other regional languages must be introduced to promote the national harmony.


He was addressing a ceremony organised in his honour by PU Academic Staff Association at the Executive Club on Friday. PUASA President Dr Ehsan Sharif, Rafi Uddin Hashmi, Dr Khawaja Muhamamd Zakria, Dr Shafiq Jullandhry, Dr Mujahid Ali Mansoori, Dr Fatima and senior faculty members were also present.
