Maa Ji, mutton and ‘desi ghee’ deluge eatery called Khan Baba at the Chauburji crossing

My sole reason for complimenting her was that it is rare to find, at least in Pakistan, an old woman running a huge eatery and everyone working there fears for his or her life. She tastes every dish and the chef does not know where to run. She is diplomatic, deft and knows how to manage well.

Besides myself, there was that gentleman par excellence Col Khalid Masood and his former colleagues of the protocol department, including the ‘pir’ of Uch and the ‘gaddi-nashin’ Mr Haqqani, now living in the USA.
