LAHORE The Lahore High Court has ruled that National Testing Service (NTS) is not an approved body of Higher Education Commission (HEC) and the scholarships/admission to recognized universities and academic institutions will not be dependent on test conducted by NTS after May 30.
In a 13-page judgment released on Saturday, Justice Mansoor Ali Shah further ruled that it will be the option of the university/academic institution to enter into an arrangement with NTS which will be no more than a private contractual arrangement under the law governing the said university/academic institution.
