Teachers threaten to protest if the authorities of Education Department failed to give approval

ATTOCK: The teachers of Attock district will start a protest if the authorities of Education Department failed to give approval of the chief minister package promised to them within a week. 

The executive district officer education was intentionally delaying the process. A group of teachers alleged this while talking to this scribe.
While giving details, they said that for the last three years no Departmental Promotion Committee (DPC) meeting had been held because of the education department officers\’ lethargic attitude.
They said that chief minister package of hundred of teachers was due for the last three years but no action had being taken yet. They said if within a week the meeting of DPC was not held then all the teachers of Attock district would go on protest.
